About SuperSeedzĀ®

SUPERSEEDZĀ® was founded in the Summer of 2003 by entrepreneur Kathie Pelliccio, who was tired of her same old boring salad. She went to her local health food store and bought some no shell pumpkin seeds and started playing with recipes in her cast iron skillet. She would test her creations on her 5 kids and their friends. Kathie would make a big jar which would disappear and always come back empty. This is how SuperSeedzĀ® started and Is now sold nationwide!

SuperSeedz are dry-roasted in small batches without shells, using a proprietary, artisanal pan-roasting technique that bakes the seasoning into every seed. SuperSeedz are lightly crunchy and deliver on both taste and nutrition. In addition to our sweet variety Organic Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt flavor, we offer Sea Salt, Super Spicy, Somewhat Spicy, Tomato Italiano, Coco Joe, Cinnamon and Sugar, Really Naked, and Maple Sugar and Sea Salt. Our organic flavors include, our sofiā„¢ winning sweet snack, Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt, as well as Pink Himalayan Salt and Garlicky Dill. SuperSeedz are a complete plant-based protein containing all 9 essential amino acids necessary for a complete and balanced diet. Plus, pumpkin seeds traditionally offer more plant-based protein than the nut sources, including peanuts, pistachios, almonds, and chia seeds. SuperSeedz are peanut-free, tree nut-free, gluten-free, soy-free, vegan, and non-GMO Project Verified. SuperSeedz pack in 7-9g of protein per once and up to 15% of your recommended daily intake of iron and zinc. More information can be found atĀ www.superseedz.com.
