Pumpkin Seed Holiday Bark 

I think this is one of the easiest gifts anyone can make and so simple to customize for your family and friends. 

You need 

12x 9 cookie sheet with parchment paper 

12 ounces Semi sweet chocolate chips melted 

Pumpkin Seeds  

Coconut flakes 

I melted in a glass measuring cup in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir and repeat till just smooth. You can also use a double boiler if you don’t have or like using a microwave.  

Spread chocolate onto parchment paper 

Sprinkle on toppings 

Cool room temperature or put in fridge. 

When cool wrap or break up into pieces. Store in holiday gift tins or holiday treat bags using some pretty ribbon.
